“I recall never enjoying Maths and actually having an aversion to it at school. The concepts, formulas and even language seemed challenging to me which was strange as I was good at so many other subjects but maths simply eluded me. Roshi had a different approach to the teachers at school, obviously one on one tuition is always going to be more effective than a large classroom with one teacher but what she did that seemed to work for me was break down the topics in the curriculum and make them far less confusing than I found them in the classroom.
